Communications Roles

What does an Associate Communications Manager do?
You will provide strategic counsel and leadership to our business leaders and key stakeholders, and develop corporate strategy and messaging, while providing expert leadership and support for crisis and issue management. You will also create innovative plans to build the reputation of our Company and brands, manage communications and knowledge transfer with our global employee community, and work within and with a wide range of media including video, print, the Internet and intranet, and special events.

Career Paths in Communications
Communications offers two career paths. You can pursue a management career path, which will include a broad exposure to the business and more diverse types of assignments, or you can decide upon an expert career path where you concentrate on one or two Communications disciplines and continue to build your depth of expertise. Advancement opportunities are offered on both paths and the time for advancement is unique to each individual based on the person's interest, the business requirements, and the perceived potential of the employee.
